Enjoy a mix of passed, plated and family style courses as you dine your way through this curated menu designed with Woodinville Whiskey products. The dinner will be held in the Hollywood Tavern’s Barrel Loft that is located in the distillery. Woodinville Whiskey’s co-owner, Orlin Sorensen, will welcome guests with a brief introduction. Seats are $75 (+ tax and gratuity) and the menu is accompanied by your choice of two Whiskey cocktails or beers from an included selection. Additional beverages available for purchase. EVENING’S MENU

FIRST
Crispy pork belly glazed with Woodinville Whiskey and maple syrup

SECOND
Andouille and shrimp gumbo doused with Woodinville Rye

THIRD
Willie’s greens tossed with red onion, Woodinville Whiskey candied pecans, Rogue blue and champagne vinaigrette

FOURTH
Woodinville Whiskey and peach braised brisket with house made butter pickles. Served with Beecher’s mac and cheese and smoky braised greens

FIFTH
Woodinville Whiskey pecan pie with fresh whipped cream
